Dakora’s New Album, “Make Them Respect You” Set for February Release

Ghanaian Rapper, Afrobeats/Afropop Sensation, Dakora has announced the release of a new Album “Make Them Respect You”

The Afro-pop Song Award winning Artiste, (PRUMAS) Dakora took to his Facebook wall to hint his fans about the “Make Them Respect You” Album. “Yesterday can’t be changed, but something can be done today that can change tomorrow, it doesn’t matter where one is coming from. All you do is to make them respect you, watch out for the next project” He wrote.

The 11-track album will be released on 1st February, 2021 and was recorded predominantly in his home Ghana during the global COVID-19 lockdown and is described by the artist to be his “purest and best work” to date.

The “Make Them Respect You” album succeeded features from Wondaboy from Nigeria, Rudeboy Ranking, Gariba, Abitemy also from Nigeria, and Gustav Legiste from Togo among other musicians with the production credit awarded to Producers including MaxBeats, Yaw Spoky and Dj Breezy.

The album will be a follow-up to Dakora’s first EP, “The Process is King” which was released in 2019.Since the turn of the 2020/2021, Dakora has released a number of singles including “ Say My Name”, “Weekends” featuring Gamebwoy Waaluu, “Zagawalata”,among other tracks.
